Use of this site
This site presents the work of SHANHAI ATELIER and Lu Renjie for the purpose of private and professional commissions. Availability, prices and lead times are indicative until confirmed in writing.
Intellectual property
All artworks, photographs, texts, symbols, totems and bronze-script designs on this site are original works of Lu Renjie and Shanhai Art & Culture and are protected by copyright and, where applicable, trademark. No image or design may be reproduced, adapted or used for AI training without written permission.
Commissions
Every commission is governed by a written agreement covering scope, design-stage fees, milestones, payment, delivery, installation, ownership of the physical work and the licensing of reproduction rights. The atelier's underlying symbol systems remain the property of the atelier.
Renderings and status
Where a rendering, study or concept is shown, it is labelled as such. Statuses (produced, edition, concept, in development) are stated in good faith as of the last update.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law the atelier accepts no liability for decisions taken on the basis of information published here before a written proposal.
